Job summary

Mole Valley Farmers is seeking a Delivery Driver to join our Wickham team for a fixed-term 3-month period. The role involves delivering goods to customers, maintaining vehicle safety, and providing excellent service within a 40-hour week (Mon-Fri).

This position supports store operations and the yard team when not on deliveries. You'll represent our brand on the road, prioritise safety, and ensure accurate deliveries, stock rotation, and clear communication with store staff.

Qualifications

• Must hold a full, clean UK driving licence.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Awareness of health & safety and GDPR compliance.

Responsibilities

• Delivering and collecting products safely and efficiently.
• Providing excellent customer service during deliveries.
• Maintaining clear communication with the store team about delivery schedules.
• Keeping vehicles clean, well-maintained, and roadworthy.
• Driving safely and following all traffic laws and company procedures.
• Loading and unloading goods, ensuring accurate item counts.
• Completing delivery paperwork and obtaining proof of delivery.
• Assisting with yard duties such as goods inwards and stock rotation.
