Job summary

John Lewis Partnership’s Waitrose delivery team is seeking a Customer Delivery Driver to bring quality produce and service directly to customers’ doors. The role involves route planning, loading vans, and maintaining vehicle safety while delivering a friendly, trusted customer experience.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Check daily delivery routes and plan efficient departures.
• Load and prepare van, ensure orders are matched for delivery.
• Carry out vehicle safety checks and remain road compliant.
• Represent the John Lewis Partnership with excellent customer service.
• Assist customers and teammates when needed with shop tasks.
