Job summary

DPDgroup is hiring a driver to join our delivery network. You will begin with vehicle checks, load parcels, and then navigate routes using handheld tech to ensure on-time deliveries and excellent customer service.

You’'ll interact with customers daily, handle challenges on site, and maintain safety and security of the vehicle and parcels. A valid UK licence and physical fitness are required.

Qualifications

• UK driving licence held 12+ months.
• Physically able to lift up to 30 kg.
• Professional, reliable, and customer-focused.
• Comfortable using handheld devices and navigating local roads.

Responsibilities

• Vehicle prep and loading for the day’s route.
• Plan and optimise parcel loading for route efficiency.
• Deliver parcels to customers and provide friendly service.
• Resolve on-the-go delivery issues using local knowledge and tech.
• Ensure safe handling and security of parcels during transit.
