Job summary

DPD Group in the UK is seeking a 3.5 Tonne Collection and Delivery Driver to join our driving team. The role runs Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:30, with a focus on friendly, reliable parcel delivery and exceptional customer service.

You will perform vehicle checks, load your van, use handheld devices to navigate routes, and handle parcels up to 25–30 kg safely. We offer progression from warehouse to management, wellbeing support, and exclusive retailer discounts as part of our rewards.

Qualifications

• You’ve held a valid UK driving licence for at least 12 months.
• You’re physically able to handle parcels up to 30kg.
• You’re a people person who delivers professional service.
• You’re comfortable navigating local roads and using handheld devices.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle safety checks and load the van for your route.
• Navigate using handheld tech to reach customers efficiently.
• Deliver parcels directly to doorsteps with a friendly, professional approach.
• Resolve delivery issues on the go using local knowledge and our tech.
• Handle parcels safely and protect the security of your van and loads.
