Job summary

DPD Swansea is seeking a 3.5 Tonne Driver to join our team. You’ll be the face of the brand, delivering parcels with a friendly, professional service from Monday to Friday, 08:30–17:00.

You’ll perform daily vehicle checks, use handheld tech to navigate routes, and handle parcels up to 25 kg safely. A UK driving licence held for 12 months is required, with clear paths to progression within DPD.

Qualifications

• Valid UK driving licence held for 12+ months.
• Physically fit to lift and carry parcels up to 30kg.
• Professional and reliable with focus on service.
• Comfortable navigating local roads and using handheld devices.

Responsibilities

• Vehicle prep and loading; organise daily load for route efficiency.
• Route mastery using handheld tech and software for accurate delivery windows.
• Deliver parcels to customers with a friendly, professional service.
