Job summary

DPD is seeking a 3.5 Tonne Collection and Delivery Driver in the UK. You will be the face of our brand, delivering parcels, performing daily vehicle checks, and using handheld tech to manage routes.

The role is active, customer‑facing and team‑oriented. We offer £13.00 per hour with enhanced overtime, opportunities for progression from warehouse to management, milestone days, Unum Help@Hand health services, retailer discounts and life assurance.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid UK Driving Licence for 12 months or more.
• Physically fit (can handle parcels up to 30kg).
• Effective communication and a professional, reliable approach.

Responsibilities

• Carry out daily vehicle safety checks and loading of parcels.
• Navigate using handheld technology and route planning tools.
• Deliver parcels to customers and provide a friendly, professional service.
• Safely handle and manage parcels during delivery.
• Maintain security of the vehicle and its contents.
