Description

Our client is seeking a Delivery Driver/Plant Operator to pick up and deliver client orders to various businesses around Mid Canterbury. The role involves physical tasks, including lifting up to 25 kg, so physical fitness and reliability are essential.

This position offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to establish and grow within the company. The successful candidate will work from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, Monday to Friday. Initially, the role is a temporary position with the potential to become permanent based on performance.

The role comprises approximately 60% plant operating and 40% driving and delivery. During peak seasons, driving duties may increase.

Applicants must be capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced environment, managing time effectively to ensure timely deliveries. As the face of the company, professional appearance and friendly demeanor are required.
