Job summary

Tesco is hiring Customer Delivery Drivers to bring groceries to customers' homes across the area. You will be responsible for safe loading, accurate order delivery, and helpful service with a friendly attitude.

Flexible shifts, including early mornings and weekends, help us meet demand and support our customers. With a focus on reliability, you’ll keep the van organized, communicate any changes to orders, and maintain high standards of care for products during delivery.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused delivery experience preferred.
• Full or automatic UK/EU driving licence with no more than 3 penalty points.
• Must be able to work flexible shifts, including early mornings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver groceries to customers' homes in a safe, respectful and timely manner.
• Load and unload the van; keep vehicle and equipment clean and tidy.
• Check orders, handle substitutions or refunds where needed to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Provide warm, natural service at the doorstep and build positive relationships with customers.
