Job summary

Tesco is seeking a Customer Delivery Driver to bring groceries to customers’ homes, blending driving with warm, helpful service and a smile.

You’ll work largely on the road, independently yet supported by a friendly team back at base, and you’ll load and check the van, communicate changes to customers, and ensure orders arrive in perfect condition. Flexible working options are available.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Full UK/EU/EEA driving licence for at least 12 months with no more than 3 penalty points.

Responsibilities

• Deliver orders within the customer’s time slot with warm, reassuring service at the doorstep.
• Load the van safely and complete checks to ensure it is roadworthy.
• Handle orders with care, communicating substitutions or refunds to keep the experience smooth.
