Job summary

Tesco UK is seeking Customer Delivery Drivers to meet customers in their homes. This hands-on, varied role involves driving, loading the van, and ensuring orders arrive on time with excellent service. You’ll work independently most of the day, supported by a friendly team at base.

Customers receive warm, reliable service while you manage substitutions, refunds when needed, and maintain van cleanliness. A full UK driving licence and strong customer focus are essential.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid UK/EU/EEA driving licence (full or automatic) for at least 12 months, with no more than 3 penalty points.
• Demonstrate friendly, helpful and professional customer interaction.

Responsibilities

• Deliver orders to customers within designated time slots.
• Load the van safely and keep it clean and organized.
• Talk customers through order changes and handle substitutions courteously.
• Maintain high standards of product care and accuracy during delivery.
