Job summary

Angard Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of Royal Mail for flexible (temporary) postal delivery drivers. As a Post Person with Driving, you’ll deliver letters and parcels in your community, driving a Royal Mail van and occasionally walking to complete routes.

You'll need a full manual UK driving licence with up to 6 points, be able to walk 20,000 steps a day, and carry a 16 kg mailbag. Shifts vary, with rates from £13.69 to £16.44 per hour depending on the shift.

• Driving Licence: Full, manual UK licence with up to 6 points.
• Physical fitness: able to walk 20,000 steps daily and lift 16 kg mailbags.
• Flexibility: shifts vary and require team adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Deliver letters and parcels in your community as a Royal Mail Post Person with Driving.
• Drive a Royal Mail van and occasionally deliver on foot to complete routes.
• Ensure all items reach their destination safely and on schedule.
