Wolseley’s Plumb Centre in Sittingbourne is hiring a Delivery Driver 3.5t to join our local branch. You will deliver plumbing and heating supplies to new build sites, residential customers and other businesses within an approx. 80 mile radius, and assist in the warehouse when possible.

The role requires a full clean UK driving licence, experience with multidrop deliveries, and excellent communication. You’ll load and unload heavy items like boilers and radiators and use PDA devices for orders.

Qualifications

• Full clean UK manual driving licence.
• Multidrop driving experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic computer skills; familiarity with PDA devices.

Responsibilities

• Drive a 3.5T van to deliver plumbing and heating supplies within an ~80 mile radius.
• Carry out vehicle checks and loading/unloading heavy items such as boilers, radiators, toilets and sinks.
• Assist in the warehouse if back from deliveries, including stock checks and picking/packing orders.
• Maintain safe driving practices and contribute to branch efficiency.
