Job summary

Centric Talent is hiring a permanent 3.5T Multi-Drop Delivery Driver for Swindon. You will perform pre-planned deliveries to retailers and merchants, with guaranteed 50-hour weeks and a Monday–Friday schedule, no weekends. The role offers £33,043 per year plus a performance bonus.

Start times range early, and you’ll complete vehicle checks daily, loading, unloading, and maintaining the vehicle. A full UK driving licence and 6 months of experience are required; visa sponsorship is not provided.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence.
• At least 6 months' commercial driving experience.
• Confident driving a 3.5T vehicle.
• Good knowledge of local area and road network.
• Professional, customer-focused approach.
• Comfortable with regular manual handling.
• Up to 6 points may be considered; however, DD, TT, DR, CD or IN endorsements cannot be accepted.

Responsibilities

• Make pre-planned multi-drop deliveries to retailers and merchants.

• Unload safely at each destination.
• Obtain proof of delivery using photographs and relevant paperwork.
• Complete daily vehicle checks.

Looking for a permanent driving role with guaranteed hours, no weekend working and the opportunity to earn a performance bonus?

Centric Talent is recruiting experienced 3.5T Multi-Drop Delivery Drivers for a leading UK supplier of bathroom, kitchen and plumbing products based in Swindon (SN2).

This is a permanent, full-time position offering guaranteed 50-hour weeks, Monday to Friday, giving you consistent earnings of £33,043 per year plus a performance bonus.

The roleYou'll be making pre-planned multi-drop deliveries of bathroom, kitchen and plumbing products to retailers and merchants.

A typical day will involve:

• Approximately 10–30 pre-scheduled deliveries
• Loading your vehicle ready for deliveries
• Delivering directly to retailers and merchants
• Unloading products safely at each destination
• Obtaining proof of delivery using photographs and relevant paperwork
• Completing daily vehicle checks
• Keeping your vehicle clean, fuelled and ready for use

Please note: This is a physically active driving role and involves regular manual handling of bathroom and plumbing products.

Hours

Monday to Friday – NO weekends

Start times are between 4:00am and 6:00am, with 50 hours per week guaranteed.

Early starts mean early finishes and your weekends remain your own.

What we're looking for

You'll need:

• A full UK driving licence
• At least 6 months' commercial driving experience
• Confidence driving a 3.5T vehicle
• Good knowledge of the local area and road network
• A professional, customer-focused approach
• To be comfortable with regular manual handling

Up to 6 points may be considered; however, we cannot accept DD, TT, DR, CD or IN endorsements.

Previous experience as a Multi-Drop Driver, Van Driver, Delivery Driver, Courier or Home Delivery Driver would be ideal.

You must be a UK resident and able to travel to and from the Swindon site for your shifts. Unfortunately, we cannot provide visa sponsorship or relocation assistance.
