Job summary

The Emerald Group in Bournemouth is seeking a Product Manager to drive a focused 0–3 month roadmap and shape the product's evolution. You will coordinate multiple scrum teams, translate strategy into user stories, and monitor performance against metrics to maximise outcomes.

Educated to degree level, you will bring Agile fluency and strong analytics to prioritise work, optimise conversions, and deliver value across the organisation.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product teams, owners and development groups to create user stories aligned to goals and customer outcomes.
• Lead sprint rituals and releases with discipline and clear communication.

• Design and evolve medium to long term strategy (6–9 months and beyond) to strengthen the product within the company ecosystem.

As product manager, you will be responsible for executing a comprehensive product roadmap and backlog stretching multiple capabilities and working with multiple scrum teams.

Key Duties (Including but not limited to):

• Responsible for prioritisation, management and delivery of the 0-3 month product strategy and roadmap
• Design medium to long term product strategy – 6-9 months and beyond – with an aim to revolutionise your product’s position within the Company’s ecosystem
• Responsible for the daily management of owned product performance
• Work collaboratively with the product team, business process owners and development and project teams to create user stories that are aligned to the overall delivery of organisational goals and desired customer outcomes
• Educated to degree level or equivalent
• Agile Product specialist with a proven track record working in complex environments with competing needs
• Excellent delivery and execution of sprint rituals and releases
• Strong understanding of digital analytics and conversion rate optimisation processes
