Job summary

Permanent Regular Job Description: We are looking for a Product Manager to join the team. This role is delivery-focused, translating product strategy into execution through clear user stories, effective backlog management, and consistent sprint delivery. You will play a key role in delivering the product roadmap, working closely with engineering, design, testing and customer-facing teams to ship high-quality features and continuously improve the user experience. This role suits a hands-on Product Manager who enjoys owning delivery and solving real user problems.

YOUR NEXT CHALLENGE Responsibilities:

• Partner with the Head of Product to deliver the agreed product roadmap
• Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring clear prioritisation aligned to business goals
• Write high-quality user stories and acceptance criteria to support efficient delivery
• Work closely with engineering and design throughout the sprint lifecycle to ensure timely delivery
• Actively contribute to agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
• Break down roadmap initiatives into well-scoped, deliverable increments
• User support & issue resolution
• Triage and prioritise user-reported issues with customer support and engineering
• Ensure issues are clearly defined and added to the backlog where appropriate
• Drive resolution through the sprint process, balancing new delivery with improvements
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders on status, timelines, and outcomes
• Identify patterns in user feedback and translate them into product improvements
• Product insights & continuous improvement
• Gather and synthesise user feedback, product data, and stakeholder input
• Support discovery efforts to refine and improve features
• Define and track success metrics to inform prioritisation and iteration

YOU ARE A MATCH IF...

• Education and Experience
• 5+ years of experience in digital product ownership, application ownership, digital operations, platform management, or IT business partnership roles.
• Experience managing digital platforms, customer-facing applications, portals, websites, mobile applications, or digital ecosystems.
• Experience working in matrix and cross-functional environments with business and technical stakeholders.
• Strong experience managing backlogs and writing clear, actionable user stories
• Comfortable balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Skills & Certifications:

• Good understanding of digital platforms, customer journeys, operational governance, and service management.
• Experience with Agile delivery, product lifecycle management, digital analytics, or customer experience management is considered an advantage.
• Strong stakeholder management, prioritisation, communication, and coordination skills.
• Familiarity with digital tools, CMS platforms, analytics platforms, or customer engagement solutions is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and collaboration/project management tools is required.
