Ethero Strategic Staffing seeks a Porter/Driver Mate for a temporary position in Burton on Trent. You will support deliveries, assist with loading, and ensure orders reach customers in good condition.

Key duties include handling customer queries professionally, keeping customers updated on delivery times, and adhering to safety and quality standards. The role requires strong communication and flexibility with shifts.

Responsibilities

• Deal with customer queries in a polite and effective manner until satisfaction.
• Ensure customers promptly receive deliveries in excellent condition.
• Keep customers informed of estimated delivery times and any issues.
• Assist in loading of vehicles as required.
• Confirm customer satisfaction at the delivery on the premises.
• Follow all instructions, training and quality standards.
• Use equipment and systems correctly and report faults or hazards promptly.
