Job summary

Ocado Logistics in Stoke-on-Trent is hiring a Customer Service Team Member, known as Customer Delivery Drivers, to deliver orders along pre-planned routes with a smile and friendly service.

You’ll start training at Dordon & Nottingham between 12 October 2026 and 2 November 2026, moving to the Stoke-on-Trent site on 9 November 2026. The role offers 37.5 hours, paid breaks, and a generous benefits package.

Qualifications

• Full UK or EU driving licence.
• At least twelve months’ driving experience.
• No more than six penalty points on your licence.
• No driving disqualifications within the past five years.
• To be aged 18 or over (as some deliveries include alcohol).

Responsibilities

• Deliver orders in a pre-planned route with a friendly service.
• Work independently to provide great service to customers.
• Represent Ocado Logistics while delivering shopping for retail partners.
• Interact with customers at doors, including stairs.
• Drive safely and focus on delivering accurately and efficiently.
