Delivery Consultant (Start-up, GTM)

Hybrid - must be based within commuting distance to London.

Basic salary - £45,000.

100% remote available.

MUST HAVE GTM RECRUITMENT EXPERIENCE

GTM Delivery Consultant:

• Experience in GTM recruitment, placing candidates from Account Coordinator to VP/SVP of Sales into Tier 1 VCs across Europe and US.
• Collaborating directly with the Co-Founder on delivery projects.
• Working with VCs/PEs investing in startups like Snowflake, Sigma, Nvidia.
• Candidate-focused with strong qualification skills and process management.

The firm specializes in supporting early-stage startups to IPO or acquisition by building world-class GTM and technical functions. They are the preferred GTM team builders for major Silicon Valley funds and emerging Tier 2/3 funds in EMEA.

Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in Delivery within the start-up GTM space, with a proven track record of high-value placements globally. You should be well-educated, highly literate, and an excellent communicator.

Most placements are retained, with salaries ranging from £200k to over £5 million.
