Job Description:

Delivery Consultant (Start-up, GTM)

Hybrid - must be based commutable to London

Basic salary - £45,000

100% remote

MUST HAVE GTM RECRUITMENT EXPERIENCE

• Experience in GTM recruitment – placing ACs through to VP/SVP of Sales into Tier 1 VCs across Europe and US
• Collaborating directly with the Co-Founder on delivery projects
• Working with VCs/PEs investing in start-ups such as SnowFlake, Sigma, Nvidia
• Candidate-focused with strong qualification skills and process management

The firm works with early-stage visionary start-ups, supporting them from initial growth to IPO or acquisition by building world-class GTM and technical functions.

They are the go-to GTM team builders for several Silicon Valley's biggest funds and emerging Tier 2/3 funds in EMEA.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Delivery within the start-up GTM space, with a proven track record of high-value placements in the global GTM market.

You should be well-educated, highly literate, and an excellent communicator.

Most work is retained, with salaries ranging from £200k to over £5m.
