Job Description:

Delivery Consultant (Start-up, GTM)

Hybrid - must be based within commuting distance to London.

Basic salary - £45,000.

100% remote.

MUST HAVE GTM RECRUITMENT EXPERIENCE

Responsibilities:

• Require GTM experience – placing AC’s through to VP/SVP of Sales into Tier 1 VCs across Europe and US.
• Collaborate directly with the Co-Founder on delivery projects.
• Work with VCs/PEs investing in start-ups including SnowFlake, Sigma, Nvidia.
• Focus on candidate qualification skills and process management.

This role is part of a strategic growth partnership with Tier 1 VCs globally, supporting early-stage startups towards IPO or acquisition by building top-tier GTM and technical teams.

The company is a leading GTM team builder for major Silicon Valley funds and emerging Tier 2/3 funds in EMEA.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in delivery within the start-up GTM space, with a proven record of high-value placements in the global GTM market.

You should be well-educated, highly literate, and an excellent communicator.

Most work is retained, with salaries ranging from £200k to over £5m.
