Delivery Consultant (Start-up, GTM).

Hybrid - must be based within commuting distance to London.

Basic salary - £45,000.

100% remote.

MUST HAVE GTM RECRUITMENT EXPERIENCE

GTM Delivery Consultant

• Experience in GTM, placing candidates from Account Coordinator to VP/SVP of Sales into Tier 1 VCs across Europe and US.
• Collaborating directly with the Co-Founder on delivery projects.
• Working with VCs/PEs investing in start-ups like Snowflake, Sigma, Nvidia.
• Candidate-focused with strong qualification skills and process management.

The firm works with early-stage startups, supporting them to IPO or acquisition through building GTM and technical functions.

They are a leading GTM team builder for Silicon Valley's top funds and emerging Tier 2/3 funds in EMEA.

The ideal candidate has extensive delivery experience in the start-up GTM space, with a proven track record in high-value placements globally.

You should be well-educated, highly literate, and an excellent communicator.

Most work is retained, with salaries ranging from £200k to over £5m.
