What we are looking for:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated 180 Candidate Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will focus exclusively on candidate management, ensuring a seamless recruitment process from sourcing to placement. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and match them with the best talent available as well as developing relationships with our existing network of project, programme and change professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Source and attract candidates using various methods, including our CRM Bullhorn, job boards, social media, and networking.
  2. Conduct thorough interviews via Video or Face to Face to identify top talent.
  3. Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline across the disciplines we recruit for.
  4. Provide candidates with detailed information about job opportunities and the recruitment process.
  5. Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
  6. Offer guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our database.
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience in recruitment as a Delivery/Candidate Consultant.
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates.
  4. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  5. Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.
  6. A proactive and results-driven approach.
