Senior Delivery Consultant - Energy & Engineering (Remote with Travel)

Location: Remote (with travel to Bristol once a month)

Salary: GBP40,000 - GBP45,000 + Team Bonus

Are you a delivery-focused recruiter who thrives on unearthing hard-to-find talent across global markets?

We're representing a specialist recruitment business looking to add an experienced Senior Delivery Consultant to their growing international team.

This role is 90% candidate sourcing and 10% client-facing, and would suit someone with a passion for executive-style delivery across technical markets, who enjoys working autonomously without micromanagement or aggressive KPIs.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Delivering top-tier recruitment services across European energy and engineering markets
• Managing roles across HR, project management, engineering and more
• Conducting talent mapping, market research, and proactive sourcing
• Working on long-term, consultative recruitment projects with global impact

You MUST have

• Experience in perm or dual-desk delivery (not temp/contract-only)
• Fluent in Polish, Czech, or Bulgarian.
• Background or interest in engineering, construction, or energy sectors.
• A methodical, research-driven, consultative approach to recruitment.
