About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Delivery Consultant to join our high-performing insurance recruitment team. Specialising in the placement of technology and insurance operations roles (broking underwriting & claims), you will take ownership of talent delivery, market mapping, candidate engagement, and campaign execution.

This role is ideal for a proven delivery recruiter who thrives in a specialist, insight-led environment and is ready to operate with greater autonomy and market influence.

Key Responsibilities:

Delivery Support & Market Preparation

Delivery on roles within our key accounts

Prepare directors for client meetings with market insight, spec CVs, and pre-qualified leads.

Conduct senior candidate meetings to uncover opportunities and generate leads through market conversations.

Build targeted lead lists based on market research, past placements, and candidate movements work with the directors to take candidates to market via speculative CV marketing.

Candidate Sourcing & Engagement

Source and engage top-tier candidates across technology and insurance operations roles (e.g. Brokers Underwriters, Business Analysts, PMs, Claims Ops, Risk, IT Support).

Screen, interview, and qualify candidates for active and future opportunities.

Maintain strong relationships with senior-level talent, mapping their preferences and aligning them with market demand.

Deliver a high-quality candidate experience from first contact through to placement and beyond.

CRM Management & Data Accuracy

Maintain up-to-date candidate records and lead information in the CRM/ATS.

Tag, categorise, and structure candidate data to support campaign activity and targeted outreach.

Log all relevant candidate and market intelligence to inform future client engagement

Internal Collaboration

Work closely with directors, consultants, and the delivery team to align on weekly priorities.

Contribute to pitch decks, capability briefs, and candidate market summaries as needed.

Share market intelligence to support cross-divisional collaboration.

Key Skills & Experience:

1-2 years’ experience in a delivery, resourcing, or candidate management role within recruitment.

Exposure to underwriting, broking, claims, insurance technology or financial services is preferred.

Strong interviewing, screening, and candidate engagement skills.

Organised, proactive, and confident working independently to drive outcomes.

Commercially minded with the ability to spot and act on potential leads or patterns in candidate movement.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Experience with Bullhorn, ATS systems and tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
