Job summary

Involved Solutions LTD is seeking an Implementation Manager for a six-month remote contract to support the Government Digital, Cyber and Capability team.

You will translate digital and cyber strategy into delivery plans, track progress, manage budgets and assess programme effectiveness. The role requires stakeholder engagement and clear reporting as the team moves toward a product-centered delivery model.

Qualifications

• Experience in project, programme or change management.
• Strong delivery planning, progress tracking and risk/issue management.
• Financial management, performance reporting and data-informed decisions.
• Stakeholder engagement, communication and escalation of issues.
• Experience supporting organisational change and adapting to priorities.
• Hands-on delivery with ability to delegate where appropriate.
