Job summary

Allianz Commercial is seeking a proactive professional to support the Delegated Authority Governance function within UWIS. You will help supervise delegated activities, drive improvements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure robust controls across the lifecycle of Facilities.

The role requires strong organisational and analytical skills, effective communication, and the ability to influence at all levels.

Qualifications

• Establish close working relationships with stakeholders under time pressure.
• Demonstrate excellent organisation and prioritisation.
• Possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to challenge stakeholders to achieve resolution.

Responsibilities

• Assess and approve new and renewal binders in line with approval process.
• Liaise with internal/external stakeholders for mid-term change requests.
• Notify breaches from Distribind and address related queries.
• Maintain procedures and systems for delegated placement in regulatory alignment.
• Conduct ad-hoc project work for Delegated Governance.
• Support team activities to ensure compliance with AGCS procedures.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
