Job summary

Allianz Commercial seeks an experienced Delegated Authority Underwriting Portfolio Solutions Manager to join our team. You will manage delegated authorities and portfolios, drive governance frameworks, and support growth across multiple lines of business.

You will collaborate with Underwriters, Compliance, Finance, and Operations, delivering robust oversight while guiding teams in technical, facility management, and data processes.

Qualifications

• Preferably 5+ years of experience in Delegated or Portfolio Solutions.
• Background in Delegated Underwriting, Delegated Operations, Technical Operations or similar.
• Understanding of Bordereaux Management Systems and Xchanging is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead oversight and management of active and new Portfolio Solution accounts.
• Build and implement streamlined processes to handle growth and workload.
• Oversee facility reporting systems and dashboards for account visibility.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic accounts to ensure effective management.
• Establish and maintain relationships with Underwriters, Claims, Compliance, Finance, Actuarial, and Operations.
• Educate and support underwriters on technical facilities, controls and processes.
• Review deal structures and monitor non-commercial terms per rules.
• Coordinate onboarding of new MGAs and facilities and renew contracts.
• Demonstrate strong data management and ability to interrogate data.
