Job summary

Allianz Commercial in London seeks a Delegated Authority Governance Officer to lead due diligence, oversee governance for delegated underwriting relationships, and ensure compliance with risk and regulatory frameworks across the business. You will collaborate with underwriting, claims, compliance, and other teams, using OneView to maintain precise records and drive audit readiness.

Qualifications

Experience in Delegated Authority Governance.
Ability to supervise due diligence for delegated authority arrangements.
Experience reviewing audit reports and recommendations.
Working knowledge of regulatory developments in the field.

Responsibilities

Lead due diligence under the AGCS Delegated Authority Functional Rule.
Review binding authority documentation for compliance with risk frameworks.
Represent Delegated Authority Business on internal and external committees.
Collaborate with Underwriting, Claims, Compliance and other stakeholders to embed governance processes.
Maintain records of Facility Contracts and Partners using OneView.
Record and track audit activity and remediation actions.
Contribute to policy design and cross-team projects.
Analyse Facility Partner MI and report trends.
