Job summary

Allianz Commercial, the AGCS delegation and portfolio solutions unit, seeks an experienced manager to oversee delegated authorities and portfolios, drive governance, and support service offerings. You will partner with underwriters, claims, compliance, finance and actuarial to manage accounts and renewals.

You will lead in a remote-friendly, hybrid environment, manage key strategic partnerships, and promote data-driven decision making while ensuring robust controls and streamlined processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the Delegated or Portfolio Solutions market is preferred.
• Background in Delegated Underwriting, Delegated Operations, Technical Operations, or similar is preferred.
• Understanding of Bordereaux Management Systems and Xchanging is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead oversight of active and new Portfolio Solution accounts.
• Build and implement streamlined processes to support growth.
• Oversee facility reporting systems to ensure visibility of performance.
• Coordinate onboarding of new MGAs and facilities and renewals.
