Job summary

Allianz Commercial in London is seeking a Delegated Underwriting Expert to lead governance for delegated underwriting authority facilities. The role partners with Compliance, Legal, Risk, and Lines of Business to ensure clear controls across onboarding, underwriting, renewal and exit.

You will assess new and renewal binders, manage change requests, monitor breaches, and maintain up-to-date procedures. The ideal candidate combines strong analytics with excellent communication and stakeholder

Responsibilities

• Assess and approve new and renewal binders per the agreed process.
• Liaise with stakeholders to handle mid-term change requests.
• Notify breaches and manage related queries from oversight.
• Maintain up-to-date procedures and systems for delegated methods of placement.
• Conduct ad-hoc project work and support internal stakeholders.
• Support the Delegated Governance team as required.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
