Job summary

Allianz Commercial is recruiting a Delegated Authority Governance Officer in London to lead due diligence and ensure audit-ready governance for delegated authority facilities. You will liaise with Underwriting, Claims, Compliance and legal teams, maintaining rigorous records in OneView and driving alignment across internal and external committees.

The role requires prior Delegated Authority governance experience, strong stakeholder management, regulatory knowledge, and proficiency with MS

Qualifications

• Experience in Delegated Authority governance and related control frameworks.
• Ability to assess and supervision due diligence for delegated arrangements.
• Solid understanding of regulatory developments affecting governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead due diligence under the Delegated Authority Functional Rule and oversee BAU supervision.
• Review binding authority documentation for audit-readiness and risk alignment.
• Represent the Delegated Authority Governance function in committees and cross-team forums.
• Collaborate with Underwriting, Claims, Compliance and other stakeholders to embed governance.
