Job summary

Consilium Insurance Brokers Limited, part of the Aventum Group, invites applications for an Apprentice in our Delegated Authority team. You will gain hands-on experience with insurance agreements and client accounts while pursuing a Level 3 Insurance Practitioner Apprenticeship and Cert CII.

Based at Canary Wharf, London, you will learn Lloyd’s market processes, contract management and delegated authority governance, with a clear path to progression and potential permanent opportunities.

Qualifications

• Entry requirement: at least 5 GCSEs at grade C/4 or above, including English and Maths, ICT preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Binding Authority renewals and related documents.
• Assist with updating contract information, including drafting endorsements and updating data sources.
• Keep Delegated Authority information, documents and records accurate in internal systems.
• Help register contracts and submit information to relevant market systems.
• Assist with setting up new Coverholders, MGAs and Binding Authority arrangements.
• Collaborate with colleagues to gather information needed for onboarding and ongoing reviews.
• Support regular checks of information and help prepare reports and management information.
• Follow company processes and ensure records are maintained accurately.
• Undertake additional duties as assigned.
