Job summary

Insurtech Insights in Central London is seeking a Delegate Account Manager to join our sales team at the London HQ. You will build a new business book by managing a portfolio of industry clients including insurers, brokers and tech start-ups, while expanding existing relationships.

You will report to the Group Sales Director, work from our London HQ, and drive income from delegate conference passes by meeting KPIs in a fast-paced, start-up environment with real growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success in sales, customer service or similar education.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work towards targets and meet deadlines under pressure.
• Ownership mindset with proactive approach to follow-through.
• Highly motivated with a sense of urgency and focus.

Responsibilities

• Act as front-line communication via telephone with potential conference delegates.
• Evaluate potential attendees and highlight benefits of joining our conferences.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM.
• Collaborate with other teams to develop new business opportunities.
• Drive income from delegate conference passes by meeting KPIs.
