Job summary

WSP is seeking experienced Project Managers and Senior Project Managers to deliver high-value, complex projects within the Defence and Security sector across the UK. You will report to the Project Lead, manage projects to plan, and build strong client relationships while coordinating with internal teams.

The role involves traditional PM duties, security considerations, and working across building and infrastructure projects from concept to completion.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in defence/security or related sectors delivering infrastructure projects.
• Qualified with PMP/APM/PRINCE2 or equivalent.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills.
• Commercial acumen with NEC4/ECC contract management experience.

Responsibilities

• Organise meetings, write reports, manage resources and monitor finances.
