Job summary

Inzpire is seeking a talented Technical Author to join its expanding team in Malvern. You will create and maintain customer-facing documentation for MTD products, from CASE simulators to software with worldwide customers.

The role requires a base understanding of training, simulation and emerging technologies, with opportunities to lead ATP creation and contribute to training materials. Travel to UK sites, including Boscombe Down, will be expected.

Qualifications

• Experience creating user manuals and engineering docs.
• Ability to author and edit technical content for multi-user audiences.
• Knowledge of training and simulation domains is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain customer-facing documentation for MTD products.
• Lead the creation of Acceptance Test Procedures (ATPs).
• Oversee testing procedures and report results.
• Develop video guides and DSAT-compliant training materials.
