Job summary

Energy Jobline CVL is seeking a proactive technical support engineer to work on defence-related electro-optical sensor products. The role is fully onsite just south of Cambridge with responsibility for deployment, infrastructure management and issue resolution across customer sites.

Ideal candidates will have a first in a technical field from a Russell Group university, strong communication skills, and experience with cloud/Linux networking (AWS/Prometheus).

Qualifications

• Evidence of strong communication skills and ability to prioritise projects.
• Background in cloud or Linux networking/monitoring (AWS/Prometheus).
• Evidence of high academic achievement and leadership qualities.

Responsibilities

• Deploy product at customer sites and assist with functionality.
• Manage infrastructure, monitor performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Travel to client sites as required; work onsite south of Cambridge.
