Job summary

Frazer-Nash Consultancy is seeking a Systems Engineering Consultant to deliver consultancy on systems engineering challenges, digital modelling, and solution architecture across defence-focused programmes.

The role requires MBSE proficiency with Cameo, Enterprise Architect or Rhapsody, plus experience in requirements management, verification and stakeholder engagement. Hybrid working across multiple offices is supported.

Qualifications

Degree level qualification in Engineering or related discipline.
Relevant experience in a Systems Engineering role.
Experience with Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) tools: Cameo, Enterprise Architect or Rhapsody.
Understanding of engineering processes and lifecycles (ISO 15288).
Experience with requirements management tools (IBM DOORS, DOORS Next).

Responsibilities

Deliver consultancy on systems engineering challenges, digital modelling, and solution architecture.
Engage with stakeholders to understand requirements, define problems, and shape solutions aligned with objectives.
Develop and maintain client relationships to enable long-term collaboration and advisory support.
Support bids and proposals with credible, commercially viable solutions.
Assist in systems lifecycle management including requirements engineering, verification & validation, and system integration.
Facilitate workshops and technical discussions to align engineering and business goals.
