Job summary
Frazer-Nash is seeking an experienced Systems Engineer to join its digital and systems engineering capability across defence, government, energy and infrastructure programmes. The role involves leading requirements capture, architecture development and system integration, with client facing consultancy elements in a hybrid working pattern.
You will mentor colleagues, apply systems thinking, and deliver robust, practical technology-enabled solutions.
Qualifications
- Experience as a Systems Engineer or similar role in complex environments.
- Solid understanding of systems engineering principles and lifecycle management.
- Experience in requirements engineering, architecture development and systems integration.
- Effective stakeholder management and client-facing consultancy experience.
- Certifications such as CiSSP, CISM, MCSE, CCNA or AWS SysOps are desirable.
Responsibilities
- Lead requirements capture and stakeholder engagement for complex programmes.
- Develop and maintain system architectures and lifecycle approaches.
- Provide technical leadership on digital systems and capability development.
- Facilitate workshops and advise senior client stakeholders.
- Identify and manage technical and programme risks; ensure delivery quality.
