Job summary

Frazer-Nash Consultancy is hiring a Systems Engineering Consultant to deliver consultancy on systems engineering challenges, digital modelling, and solution architecture across major defence programs. You will engage stakeholders to understand requirements, shape solutions and support bids, with a hybrid working pattern across multiple UK locations.

The role requires an engineering degree and extensive MBSE/tool experience (Cameo, EA, Rhapsody, DOORS).

Qualifications

Degree in Engineering or related discipline.
Experience in a Systems Engineering role.
MBSE experience with Cameo/EA/Rhapsody.
Understanding of ISO 15288 and lifecycle processes.
Experience with requirements management tools (DOORS, DOORS Next, etc.).
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Deliver consultancy on systems engineering challenges, digital modelling, and solution architecture.
Engage with stakeholders to understand requirements and shape solutions.
Develop and maintain client relationships for long-term collaboration.
Support bids and proposals with credible, commercially viable solutions.
Oversee systems lifecycle processes including requirements, verification, and integration.
Facilitate workshops and keep engineering and business objectives aligned.
