Job summary

Babcock is seeking a Supply Chain and Logistics Lead in Salisbury/Andover with hybrid work. You will help design and deliver the future supply chain operating model for a major defence programme, coordinating across people, processes, and systems to deliver scalable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in designing and managing complex supply chain solutions.
• Strong analytics in demand forecasting and inventory planning.
• Experience in highly regulated environments such as defence/government.

• Develop future supply chain operating models across the enterprise.
• Design integrated solutions aligning people, processes and systems.
• Create capability roadmaps and gap analyses for future-state objectives.
• Establish and manage strategic partnerships to enhance service delivery.
• Collaborate with solution development teams to support programme delivery.
