- Experience designing or transforming complex defence support services.
- Ability to develop future-state operating models and service solutions.
- Proven ability to influence customers, suppliers and senior stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead development of future-state operating models for key defence programmes.
- Identify opportunities to improve service delivery through innovation and partnerships.
- Build relationships with customers, suppliers and alliance partners.
- Collaborate with engineering, logistics and supply chain teams to create integrated solutions.
- Create strategic solution documents and bid artefacts to enable growth.
