Job summary

Babcock is seeking a Supply Chain and Logistics Lead for the Andover site. The role is full-time, hybrid, developing future operating models for defence logistics and delivering integrated solutions.

You will build capability roadmaps, manage partnerships, and collaborate with solution teams to enable program delivery. The ideal candidate has proven experience in complex supply chains within regulated environments and strong stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing and managing complex supply chain and logistics solutions.
• Strong analytical skills in demand forecasting and inventory optimisation.
• Experience in defence, government, aerospace, engineering or other regulated environments.
• Demonstrated success delivering solutions within complex programmes with diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, influencing and relationship-building skills with the ability to drive collaboration and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Develop future supply chain and logistics operating models by assessing current delivery arrangements and identifying opportunities for improvement across the wider enterprise.
• Design integrated solutions that align people, processes, systems and supply chain capabilities to deliver efficient and scalable outcomes.
• Create capability roadmaps, conduct gap analyses and define improvement activities required to achieve future-state objectives.
• Establish and manage strategic partnerships and alliance arrangements that strengthen capability and enhance service delivery.
• Collaborate with solution development teams and stakeholders to support business growth and successful programme delivery.
