The role involves leading workshops, producing business cases, and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels to deliver value and growth.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering business transformation programmes within a complex organisation.
• Strong project and change management skills including governance and milestones.
• Proven ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent analytical skills with experience in business cases and exec presentations.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver transformation initiatives driving change and service excellence.
• Coordinate projects, monitor timelines, budgets, benefits and governance.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and cross-functional collaboration.
• Produce business cases, reports and exec-level presentations.
• Develop operating models and integrated service solutions for growth.
