Rolls-Royce in the UK is seeking a Strategy Manager to shape the strategic direction of its Defence business from Bristol, Derby or London. You will partner with senior leadership to deliver insights that influence key decisions and drive growth across the aerospace sector.

You will lead market assessments, portfolio analysis and competitive intelligence, applying rigorous analysis and commercial judgement to develop actionable strategies that strengthen our position globally.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Commercial awareness with ability to influence stakeholders.
• Experience in corporate strategy or defence industry is advantageous.
• Bachelor/Master/JD in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

• Lead development of business visions and strategies aligned with Group plans.
• Conduct industry, market, customer, competitor, partner and supplier research for insights.
• Apply structured analysis and strategic thinking to solve complex problems.

• Drive communication and engagement with stakeholders to support strategy implementation.
• Present clear, evidence-based recommendations to senior leadership.
