Consult in the City of London, UK, hybrid working environment seeks a senior Defence leader to drive growth, shape strategic opportunities and build lasting relationships across the UK Defence community. This role operates in a hybrid UK environment with DV clearance preferred.

You will develop defence growth strategies, engage with MOD, Defence Digital, NATO and industry, and lead pre-sales, partnerships and investment cases to position Consult at the forefront of defence innovation.

Formación

• Experience in Defence growth, strategy or business development.
• Strong MOD/Defence stakeholder relationships.
• Ability to shape opportunities ahead of bids.
• Experience operating in complex defence or national security environments.

Responsabilidades

• Developing and executing Defence growth strategies and market roadmaps.
• Building trusted relationships across the MOD, Defence Digital, DE&S, NATO and the wider Defence community.
• Identifying, qualifying and shaping strategic opportunities before formal bid activity.
• Developing win strategies, investment cases and partnership approaches.
• Supporting pre-sales, customer engagement and business growth activities.
• Creating and managing strategic partnerships across the Defence ecosystem.
• Acting as a senior representative at customer, industry and Defence engagement events.
