Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Undertaking minor repairs and maintenance tasks
• Responsible for exterior site maintenance and cleanliness
• Assisting facilities with contractor sign-in/sign-out and adherence to site policies
• Opening and/or closing the building
• Representing Defence and maintaining a positive brand image
• Complying with Health & Safety regulations
• Be adaptable to changing priorities
• Be a brilliant communicator and build relationships
• Take initiative and make decisions for customers
• Demonstrate timekeeping and reliability
