Job summary

WSP is seeking Project Managers and Senior Project Managers to deliver high‑value Defence and Security projects across the UK. You will report to the Project Lead and manage scope, cost, schedule and risk while developing strong client relationships and leading multidisciplinary teams.

This role involves coordinating meetings, preparing reports, and ensuring delivery on time and to budget, with a focus on NEC4/ECC contract administration and sector compliance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering Defence/ Security or related infrastructure projects.
• Experience maintaining client relationships and managing multidisciplinary teams.
• Knowledge of NEC4/ECC contract management is preferred.
• Commitment to professional development and security compliance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high‑value, complex projects and programmes within Defence and Security.
• Lead meetings, write reports, and manage resources and budgets.
• Monitor schedules, risks and change, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
