• Strong commercial acumen and track record of revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Client Relationship Management: manage key account relationships and ensure first-class service.
• Client Insight and Strategic Understanding: understand client strategy, culture and risks to shape value propositions.
• Collaboration and Leadership: lead cross-functional teams and coordinate client leads for growth.
• Business Development and Growth: build client plans, identify cross-selling opportunities, grow MoD pipeline.
• Brand Representation and Market Engagement: represent AtkinsRéalis at events and workshops.
• Commercial Acumen: improve value proposition to drive profitability.
