AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Strategic Lead - Cyber & Digital in Defence to steer market engagement and shape capabilities that meet evolving Defence needs. You will work with Defence Market leadership and Client Directors to translate insights into practical actions across client engagement, market strategy, capability development and technical leadership.

Early wins include opening multiple qualified leads and advancing them toward solution development.

Qualifications

Significant experience delivering cyber, digital, data or technology-enabled services within Defence or related environments.
Ability to translate technical concepts into practical business language for senior decision-makers.
Commercial awareness to identify mutual value opportunities for client and AtkinsRéalis.

Responsibilities

Engage with Defence clients and industry partners to understand challenges in cyber, digital, data and technology transformation.
Assess how AtkinsRéalis cyber and digital capabilities align with Defence priorities and roadmaps.
Shape investment and capability growth plans through recruitment, partnerships and acquisitions.
Provide technical leadership for client solution development across the business.
Convert market insight into practical capability development and strategic bids.
