Compass Group UK&I ESS is recruiting a Chef on a full-time basis (37.5 hours/week) to support Defence food services. You will prepare and serve high-quality meals, oversee menu changes, and help drive improvements across the operation while maintaining strong customer service and brand standards.

The role involves shift patterns of 5 days out of 7. We are looking for someone with City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent, a Food Hygiene certificate, and proven team supervision experience.

Competenze

• Must have City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent.
• Must hold a Food Hygiene certificate.
• Experience supervising a team is required.
